Hi I’m Kyla!
I am based in sunny Nelson, NZ. I studied Makeup Artistry and Hair Styling in 2008 at Cut Above Academy, from then I started to work on cosmetic counters in 2005 and have worked within the beauty industry since then. I love working as a freelance Makeup Artist as it gives me such a different range of work environments.
I enjoy being apart of something creative and beautiful and making my clients feel their best.

Hello beautiful people and brides to be!
Unfortunately I will not be taking anymore bookings for the 2024/2025 season.
I am currently studying a bachelor of business marketing and really struggling with fitting everything in this season, so my business has to take a break.
I will be back ready to go for the 2025/2026 season!
Thank you for understanding…cannot wait to be finished with my studies, less than 2 years to go.
